This Instant Pot Fajita Chicken can be served over rice, cauliflower rice, zoodles or a salad or eaten as a soup! It is very versatile based on your needs. I love that it is made in one pot and the pressure cooker makes it cook quickly. And only one pot to wash is awesome! I don’t’ really like washing dishes so the less to wash is better!
We had Bible study last night and this is the dish I made this fajita chicken for our potluck. Some people ate it over a salad and others ate it like soup and added rice. It was cool and rainy here so comfort food hit the spot. The Phoenix area had more rain in the last 3 days that it has all year! We didn’t get much flooding in our part of the Valley, but other parts have lots of flooding. I love having a break from the hot weather and hope the fall temperatures are here to stay! These Gluten Free Instant Pot Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs are tangy and sweet! They are delicious served with rice, cauliflower rice or mashed potatoes! Every time I make these Instant Pot Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs, I think of my Mom and my Auntie Colette. My Mom used to make these delicious spare ribs in the oven and they were one of my favorite meals growing up. My Auntie Colette made her recipe of these once when we were over and served them with mashed potatoes and I still think about how yummy they were.
I probably had this meal at my Aunt’s house 25 years ago! You know it’s yummy when you still want it after 25 years. It is one of my top 10 comfort food meals. I like to serve it with green beans for color and because I think they are delicious. You can add any side dish you like to this fall off the bone meat and it will be perfect! I love making them in the pressure cooker or slow cooker because it takes the rush out of dinner time. The sauce is sweet and tangy and goes perfectly with the meat. You can serve them with rice, mashed potatoes, mashed cauliflower, sweet potatoes, creamy polenta or your favorite mashed vegetable. I asked two of my friends what their favorite meal I have made them and they both said this one! I made it with mashed potatoes for one friend and cheesy polenta for the other. Both are equally yummy! Cheesy mashed cauliflower would also be wonderful with this. I hope you enjoy these sweet and sour spare ribs as much as we do. As Always, Best Wishes for Gluten Free Dishes! XO, Michelle Gluten Free Instant Pot Yogurt is actually pretty easy to make! It is rich, creamy, and delicious! Raw milk yogurt has been my fascination lately! I made another pot of it today! It is currently in the fridge waiting for me to make a delicious sauce to top it!
Instant pot yogurt can be intimidating the first time you make it. I promise you that it is worth it! Once you have it homemade you will never want store bought again. The additives in store bought yogurt hurt my belly, so I decided to make my own. I have an older Instant pot, but it does the job perfectly. I highly recommend the glass lid to go with it too! Use mason jars to store your yogurt once it is ready. I made a blueberry sauce with this batch but strawberry sauce is up next I think! Your imagination for sauces and toppings is the fun part and creativity with ingredients is exciting. Instant Pot Yogurt Creamy and delicious yogurt! Once you make it yourself you will never want store bought again! SERVINGS 8 jars INGREDIENTS

A Tri Tip is a triangular shape of meat that is from a cow. It is from the bottom sirloin. When you cut this meat, you will have to change the direction you are cutting in because the grain of the meat changes. It is a great cut of meat for the entire family to enjoy! You can find it at the grocery store and Costco! It is a lean cut of beef and requires minimal effort to get dinner on the table with this slow cooker recipe.
