Kalua pork is super easy and delicious! You can put all of the ingredients into your crockpot in the morning and when you are ready to eat shred the pork. You can also cook it in the Instant Pot or a Pressure Cooker! I serve it with cauliflower rice or rice and veggies. Another option is to serve it with grilled veggies or a big salad! It is so versitle! We eat it like a burrito bowl. I hope you love this super fast and easy meal as much as we do. The first time I had Kalua Pork was at my friend Dee’s! She made it and it was so delicious! That was before I knew that I had Celiac Disease and couldn’t eat gluten. So I switched out the regular soy sauce for coconut aminos or Tamari and boom here’s the gluten free version!
