HERE’S THE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE HER Gluten Free Paleo Pork Chops:
Paleo Powder- I like Paleo Powder Brand.
1 jar of Rao’s Tomato Sauce- I have it in my Amazon store here.
Parmesan Cheese- leave out if making it Paleo. If you are making it keto add the cheese

Do you bake Pork Chops covered or uncovered?
For this recipe, we are baking them uncovered. Because we already pan-fried them and are baking them in a sauce, they won’t dry out. That’s part of what makes this recipe so great.
Is this recipe also keto?
Yes it can be! You would need to choose a lower carb tomato sauce and add the cheese for added fat! I love eating this recipe on the keto diet!
