This gluten free caramel apple martini is a festive cocktail for Halloween! You can easily make it a mocktail by leaving out the vodka!
What’s in this caramel apple martini? Since Ultima Electrolytes came out with an apple martini flavor this year, I thought it would be fun to make a Caramel apple martini with it! It has a fun green color and it’s bursting with apple flavor plus its gluten free!
The flavor in the Ultima Replenisher reminds me of a jolly rancher candy! It’s perfect for this cocktail! I also added Gluten free vodka to make it a cocktail. If you want it to be a mocktail, just leave out the vodka! I used a maraschino cheery for a garnish in the middle….you could also use a candy eyeball or something more spooky! You will also need some gluten free caramel sauce. I found it in the ice cream cone area at my local Fry’s grocery store. How do I make it? It’s actually a super easy cocktail to make! Mix your Appletini Ultima packet in 6 oz of water. Stir until combined. It will be a really bright green color. If you are leaving it as a mocktail, use 8 oz of water. Pour it into a martini shaker. Add in 2 oz of vodka. I like Titos but you can use your favorite gluten free vodka. Drizzle caramel sauce on the inside of the martini glass. Add ice to the shaker and give it a good shake so it’s nice and cold. Pour into the martini glass. Add a maraschino cherry or candy eyeball for a garnish! Enjoy!

Do you have Halloween traditions in your family? I have to be honest, Halloween is not my favorite holiday. However, I love making festive foods for every holiday! When our girls were little we always dressed up as a family theme. Once they became teenagers that didn’t happen as much! I always made a pot of chili and we invited our friends and family over to sit on our porch and hand out candy. It was a fun way to involve them in taking the kids trick or treating. I hope you have a safe and not too spooky Halloween! As Always, Best Wishes for Gluten Free Dishes! XO, Michelle These gluten free spider eggs are a spooktacular treat for Halloween! How do I make these cute spider eggs? I love making this for an appetizer on Halloween! It is super easy to make and the eggs are a nice protein addition to the sweet filled day! Most kids that I have made these for think it’s pretty fun to eat a spider egg too! You could add eyes to the spiders to make them even more spooky! To make this recipe, you can follow my recipe for Gluten Free Deviled Eggs n Bacon, then just add the black olive spiders to the top! How do I make the spiders? To make the spiders, you will need some extra large black olives. I cut them in half. The half is the body of the spider. The other half was cut into 4 legs. These will be the 4 legs to one side of the spider since spiders have 8 legs. Assemble them on each egg until they all have one body and 8 legs on each egg. Gluten Free Mummy Dogs are super cute and a quick dinner that is perfect before trick or treating!
Gluten free Mummy Dogs are a super cute and easy dinner or appetizer for Halloween! They are ready to eat in less than 30 minutes!
How do I make these super cute gluten free mummy dogs? These dogs are so easy to make! I whipped up a batch of my FATHEAD dough to keep it keto, and wrapped them around all-beef hot dogs to make the mummies! You can use olives or capers to make the eyes:) I tried this recipe first with the thicker sausage and it didn’t work out well. I found that you need to roll the fathead dough pretty thin for it to stay in the mummy shape. Protip- put a little olive oil on your hands before rolling out the dough so it doesn’t stick. If you wanted them not to be keto or low carb, you could use a premade gluten free pie crust and cut it into strips and wrap them around as well. It would also be delicious! What do I need to make this recipe? You will need the following ingredients: All ingredients for fathead dough- cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, almond flour, and an egg. Gluten free hot dogs- just the regular size not the sausage ones. Olives with pimentos. Capers Any dipping sauces you like.

These Gluten Free Spooky Calzones are a super cute dinner for Halloween!
These gluten free spooky calzones are fun to make for dinner on Halloween! I made them low carb and they are delicious!
How do I make these Spooky Calzones? These spooky calzones are super easy to make and fun to get creative with what spooky shape you are going to make! I made mine into little ghosts and I attempted to make some into Mummys, but they didn’t look as cute. I used my FATHEAD DOUGH recipe for the crust. It’s super easy to make and only takes a couple of minutes to whip up! You can fill them with your favorite pizza toppings! I kept these simple and just used pepperoni and cheese. Some of our favorite fillings are: Ground Beef Yellow Onion and Saurkraut Ham and Green Olives Tomato Basil Mozzarella Fig Chicken and Brie All the Italian meats What are some of your favorites? Pro Tips: If you put a little bit of olive oil on your hands before you start handling the fathead dough it will stick less to your fingers. Try not to stretch the dough super thin or it could break and all of your toppings will escape during cooking. Pin now so you can make it later!

Gluten Free Mini Mummy Stuffed Peppers are a super cute appetizer for Halloween!
These super cute Gluten Free Mini Mummy Stuffed Peppers are a delicious Halloween appetizer!
Halloween is just around the corner! I love whipping up cute foods for the evening! Since it can be a super busy day with getting the kids out trick or treating, I usually make a few appetizers to have out for snacking. I love to make a big pot of instant pot chili or my Mummy Meatloaf. Both are protein-packed and perfect for a night of sweet treats! Here’s what you need to make these Mini Mummy Stuffed Peppers: Mini peppers Cream cheese or dairy free cream cheese. Shredded cheddar cheese or dairy free shredded cheddar cheese. Taco seasoning- a gluten free variety. Thick shredded cheese for on top to make the mummy look, or pull apart string cheese. Use dairy free if you want them to be nondairy. A jar of gluten free capers. Optional ingredients- green onions, chopped cooked bacon, hot sauce, chopped chicken breast, etc.
Here’s how you make them:
Wash and dry your peppers. Cut them in half the long way. Don’t remove the stem otherwise, the filling can ooze out the top. Remove the seeds. Mix the other ingredients together in a bowl except for the thick shredded cheese. Scoop the filling into each mini pepper. Put two capers on each pepper to make eyes. Arrange the thick shredded cheese or string cheese on the pepper to make it look like a mummy. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese starts to melt. Serve with your favorite Spooky Halloween foods. Pin now and make it later.

As Always, Best Wishes for Gluten Free Dishes! XO, Michelle Gluten Free Spaghetti Squash Alfredo is super creamy and delicious! I love to add chicken or shrimp to it to make it the perfect meal! Gluten Free Spaghetti Squash Alfredo is a very flavorful and easy to make dinner!
I like to roast my spaghetti squash in the oven and cook the bacon at the same time. While it is roasting, I make the alfredo sauce and chop my veggies so it’s all done at about the same time! Here’s what you need to make this gluten free spaghetti squash alfredo: You will need the following ingredients: chicken or shrimp bacon tomatoes spinach a spaghetti squash cream cheese heavy cream garlic powder salt and pepper shredded parmesan cheese fresh basil to garnish if you’d like Here’s how to make it: I like to cut my spaghetti squash in half (remove the seeds) and put a little olive oil on a sheet pan and roast it cut side down in the oven. Roast it at 350 degrees for about 30-45 minutes. It’s done when you can easily poke a fork in it. Set it aside to cool. While the squash is roasting, make your alfredo sauce. You can find my ALFREDO SAUCE recipe here. Chop up the other veggies. When the bacon is finished cooking, chop it up as well. I like to use rotisserie chicken in this recipe, but you can precook some chicken and chop it up too. If you are using shrimp, you will want to precook it too. Carefully, scoop the hot spaghetti squash into a large bowl. I like to use a fork to shred it so it looks like spaghetti. Put the other veggies into the bowl. Add your chicken or shrimp. Pour the sauce into the bowl. Use as much of as little as you’d like. Crumble the bacon on top… I’m drooling now! Garnish with fresh basil! Voila! You are ready to eat!
