Hey there! Today’s recipe is Gluten Free Keto Irish Cream, perfect for putting in your coffee or for St. Patty’s Day coming up. It is so good! I love this Keto Copycat version of Bailey’s Irish Cream!
HERE’S THE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THIS Gluten Free Keto Irish Cream:
3 c Heavy Cream 1 c Irish Whiskey, I like Jameson because it has very low carbs. 40 drops of Lakanto liquid Monkfruit original flavor 1 1/2 TSP Instant Expreso Granules 3 TBS Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 TSP Pure Almond Extract 1 TBS Pure Vanilla Extract- have you seen my easy homemade gluten free Vanilla Extract recipe? HERE’S HOW TO MAKE Gluten Free Keto Irish Cream: Combine all of the ingredients and pulse until well blended. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. Be careful not to over blend it because it can become super thick. The whipped cream will whip just like you are making whipped cream. If you make it super thick, which I have by not paying attention, it is delicious as a “soft top” for coffee. Is Bailey’s ok for keto? Short answer: no. It contains 11 grams of carbs per shot. If you pour it into your coffee, you could easily have more than 20 grams of carbs. Thankfully most hard alcohol is low in carbs. However, that doesn’t mean there are no keto safe options. Here is a list of keto friendly options available to us. Does Irish Cream Expire? Yes but not for about a month or so. Make sure to store it in the fridge. This Irish Cream Recipe is based on one by Peace Love and Low Carb. PIN NOW and make it later!

These are the best gluten free and keto wines in my opinion! I have sampled quite a few for research purposes for this post…just for you! HAHA!
Isn’t all wine gluten free? This is my favorite answer… YES! Well, most of the time. If it is wine without any additional flavorings it is naturally gluten free. Those pesky natural or unnatural flavorings can contain hidden gluten! If you want to check out my list of hidden gluten in foods you can read more about it here.
Is all wine Keto or Paleo? Unfortunately, no. Some wines have added sugar to them. When you are following a ketogenic diet, you want to avoid all added sugar and consume low sugar or low carbs. Since sugar equals carbs, you can see where I am going with this. Paleo diets, in general also avoid added sugar that is not from honey or fruit. Which wine is best to drink on a ketogenic diet? If you are going to drink on a ketogenic diet you need to know your carb counts for each drink. One bottle of wine can easily push you over your daily limit on carbs! Here are my top favorites to drink that are not “dry farm wines or low carb wines”. Brut Champagne 2g Carbs per flute La Marca Prosecco 3g Carbs per flute Sauvignon Blanc 3g Carbs per 5oz glass Pinot Grigio 4g Carbs per 5oz glass Dry Rose 5g Carbs per 5oz glass Pinot Noire 3.4g Carbs per 5oz glass Cabernet Sauvignon 4g Carbs per 5oz glass Red Blend 4.5g Carbs per 5oz glass What is Dry Farm Wine?
Dry Farm Wine is a wine club that sources organic, glyphosate free, gluten free, sugar free, and no additive wine from around the world. It is one of my favorite places to order low carb wine from! Each bottle is less than 1g of Carbs! WHATTTT! That’s something to cheers to!
Dry Farm Wines offer bubbles, white, rose, and reds! I have sampled quite a few of the bottles and I am a fan! If you would like to get one bottle of wine to try it for a penny here is my link! They offer subscriptions so your favorite wines will show up at your doorstop however often you would like! It is not to be confused with dry farmed wine. Dry farmed wine is a method of farming without irrigation. Not all dry farmed wines are low sugar wines. If you order through my links, I may receive a small commission. Here are my policies and disclosures. Tied for my Favorite keto wine is Secco Wine Club!
Secco wine club is similar to Dry Farm Wines. It is all organic, low carb, no additives, sugar free, no glyphosate, and most importantly delicious! This is generally my daily..I mean weekly...drinker!
They are farmed in ITALY! And if you know me you know that I have a love for Italy and all Italian wines, so I of course love Secco Wine Club! Some day I hope to go back to Italy and visit Secco! If you want to read about my first trip to Italy here’s the link. Their Palo61 Wine is less than 1g of Carbs per bottle! They offer white, rose and red in this variety! They also now have other Italian varieties you can order. Each varies on the carb count but they are all low carbs! You can choose how often you want your favorite wines delivered to your house with Secco as well. I love that they often have free shipping or other specials! The Usual Wine-
I think the name is super cute! They ship you mini bottles of wine. Each bottle is about 1 1/2 glasses and about 1.5g Carbs per bottle. They are perfect if you don’t want to open a full bottle of wine. To be honest, we usually end up opening two of them and in that case, it would be more cost effective and carb effective to open a bottle of Palo61 or Dry Farms Wines.
But if you have more self control than I do and are only looking for one serving they are perfect! Check them out here. They are natural wines with no additives farmed in California. Avaline-
Avaline was founded by Cameron Diaz and Katherine Power. It is 100% Organic with no added sugar or colors. It has less carbs per glass than traditional wines but it is not as low carb as the Secco Wine Club or the Dry Farms Wines.
I found them to be enjoyable but the other ones are still my favorite! Those are my top 4 ketogenic, gluten free, and paleo wines. If you are more of a beer drinker check out my post on gluten free beer here! If you are following a ketogenic diet remember to watch the carb count in drinks especially wine, beer, or cocktails as it can add up quickly to your whole day’s amount of carbs! Cheers to you if you try any of these wines! As Always, Best Wishes for Gluten Free Dishes! XO, Michelle
Gluten Free Beer can only mean one thing in my mind and that is that it’s made from 100% gluten free ingredients and is Celiac Safe!
However, not everyone advertising gluten free beer agrees with me! There are brands out there that claim to remove gluten from the brewing process, but I don’t trust that! They brew the beer with gluten-containing ingredients and use a chemical to “remove” the gluten. The Gluten Intolerance Group published a study The Celiac Patient Antibody Response to Conventional and Gluten-Removed Beer and it showed that some patients with Celiac Disease react to gluten removed beer. I happen to be one of those people… I drank an Omission beer once and that was enough for me! After that experience, I went back to the trusted 100% gluten free beers available. How it started: When I was first diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I used to love having the occasional Guinness. Once I found out that I could no longer drink the dark coffee flavored deliciousness, I was on the hunt for a gluten free replacement! At the time, there were none to be found. The only gluten free beer I could find at Whole Foods was: Red Bridge and New Grist. And neither one of them resembled Guinness. The First Gluten Free Stout that I tried: Glutenberg Beer was actually the first gluten free stout that I tried! It’s made in Canada and it is ELISA tested to make sure it is Celiac Safe! I had heard about this beer but could not buy it in Arizona, so we went to visit our family in Canada and there it was on the shelf! We even went to California to buy it when it was available there first! I love their Stout :)

What I learned from my visit to Holidaily in Colorado: When we visited Holidaily, we learned how they use 100% gluten free ingredients to brew their beer! This makes them Celiac Safe! They have a super cute location in Golden! I love their Favorite Blonde as well as the Adventure Series one! Their Stout is also delicious… too many good ones to really choose a favorite! And we tried one of each when we were there to visit…they are sample sized and I shared! lol
If you are in Portland you need to try Ground Breaker Brewing! We have gone to Oregon every year for the past 5 years for a wine trip! I know this is about beer, not wine… I am getting to the point lol. We wanted a break from wine tasting, so we went to Ground Breaker!
We got to devour some of their delicious food as well as sample some tasty beers!
There are lots of Gluten Free Beers Now-
There are more and more gluten free beers on the market now! I can’t wait to try more when we visit other areas of the country and world! Best Gluten Free Beers has a list published of USA and Worldwide beer options! Check them out here! If you know of a gluten free beer brand that I should check out please let me know! Cheers! This eggnog is creamy and delicious! It is gluten free and keto! It is perfect for the holidays!
What is eggnog?
Eggnog is a creamy and delicious custard drink that originated in the UK. It is called posset there. It is traditionally a Christmas drink because some people like to serve it warm and around the holidays. You can drink it cold or hot. I love to make eggnog lattes with this recipe! Why make homemade eggnog instead of store bought? Store bought eggnog has more sugar than homemade keto eggnog. I like that you can control the amount of sweetener you add to this recipe. I also find homemade eggnog more flavorful and creamier. If you are not living a keto lifestyle, you can make this recipe using sugar. What alcohol is used in eggnog? Most people add rum, spiced rum, brandy, or bourbon to their eggnog. I love it without alcohol as well! Especially since I like it in my coffee in the morning! Haha! In our family, when you add alcohol especially Irish cream to your coffee it’s called Grandma’s Special Coffee Creamer! That’s a whole other story! This recipe helps me stay living the keto lifestyle and enjoying a special treat this time of the year! Pin Me! Save Me! Make me!
Here’s the ingredients for gluten free and keto eggnog:
To make this gluten free and keto eggnog, you will need: Egg yolks- I save the whites to add to a frittata. Swerve, Monkfruit, Erythritol, or your favorite low carb sweetener unsweetened almond milk- I made mine in my almond cow heavy whipping cream nutmeg- I used a whole one that I grated, but ground is fine too! Vanilla Extract Cinnamon Star Anise, Cinnamon Sticks, Grated Nutmeg for garnish Here’s how to whip up this gluten free and keto eggnog! Crack and separate your eggs into yolks and whites. Put the whites in a container and refrigerate them for later. Whisk the egg yolks. Add in the low carb sweetener. Continue to whisk until the eggs are light and slightly fluffy. Add almond milk, heavy cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir. Continue to stir so the mixture doesn’t burn. Once it reaches a simmer, turn the heat to low. Ladle some of the hot mixture into the egg mixture while whisking it so you can temper the egg mixture. (you don’t want to scramble the eggs) Do a few rounds of adding and whisking. Pour the rest of the egg mixture back into the pan and continue to whisk. The mixture will thicken. Add your vanilla and continue to whisk. Remove from heat. If you wish to add alcohol to the gluten free and keto eggnog do so now. Whisk to combine it all together. Serve warm now or pour it into a container to cool. Here is the container I use. Garnish with your favorite cinnamon stick, star anise or more grated nutmeg. Enjoy! *The eggnog will last for one week in the refrigerator. If you purchase something from my link I will make a small commission. Here are my policies and disclosures.
Here is the link to the moose mugs I used. They are BPA free plastic so it’s harder to break them

Hot Chocolate is perfect for chilly days. My family and I love to drink it around the holidays!
This hot chocolate is chocolatey and delicious! I like to add hot water from my coffee maker for a quick cup. If I am feeling like I want it more creamy, I add heavy cream or coconut cream as well! Is hot chocolate gluten-free? Some packets or mixes you buy at the store cannot be guaranteed gluten-free because they may have cross-contamination. What do you use to make hot chocolate? Sugar-free Sweetener– this will help it be more keto friendly. You can customize this to your liking! I like the Swerve one. Vanilla Bean Powder-this will give it a hint of vanilla flavor and IMO make it more decadent. Unsweetened Cocoa– this gives it a rich chocolate flavor. I love the Santa Barbara Chocolate brand. Dry Milk Powder-this allows us to make it in bulk without worrying about it going bad. I used Anthony’s Whole Milk Powder for the dairy version and Anthony’s Coconut Milk Powder for the dairy free version. Salt– this adds to the flavor profile. Besides, who doesn’t like sea salt chocolate? Cinnamon– I love the warmth this adds to the background. If you want it to have more of a cinnamon taste add more before serving. If you order anything from these links I will make a small amount of money. Thank you! Here are my policies and disclosures in case you want to read them :) How to make this hot chocolate recipe dairy free? It’s super easy! Instead of regular milk powder, use coconut or almond milk powder. My daughter has a dairy allergy and loves it. You could also leave out the milk powder and stir it into my Gluten-free Almond Milk. Why make a mix? This recipe contains enough for 32 servings, perfect for lasting all season long! Mixes make great last-minute gifts and they are completely customizable to fit your tastes. I like to add a pretty ribbon and some candy cane spoons or fun toppings to go with it as a gift! Here are some of my favorite toppings: Keto Friendly Toppings: Sugar-free Syrups– I recommend Hazlenut and Peppermint. Cinnamon & Cayenne– for more of a spice flavor. Sugar-free Candy Canes– for even more of a peppermint flavor! Keto Whipped Cream– is always a delicious option! Non-Keto Friendly Toppings: Marshmallows– big or small, you can never go wrong with this classic topping. Whip Cream– for extra creamy flavor. Andes Chocolate Mint– mint with a twist. Crushed Candy Cane– there’s always a broken one in the box! Alcohol– If you are 21 and over, you can add your favorite gluten free alcohol to this drink! Cheers! If you like this recipe, check out these! Dalgona Coffee, for a quick pick-me-up. Gluten-free Irish Coffee, also perfect for the holidays. PIN THIS NOW AND MAKE IT LATER!
What makes this hot chocolate keto?
Most recipes use powdered (confectioner’s) sugar and regular cocoa powder in their mixes which is not keto friendly. Alternative sweeteners like Swerve or monk fruit and unsweetened cocoa powder are much more keto friendly.
Here’s the recipe!

I hope this recipe adds to your enjoyment of this holiday season. As Always, Best Wishes for Gluten Free Dishes! XO, Michelle
This gluten free caramel apple martini is a festive cocktail for Halloween! You can easily make it a mocktail by leaving out the vodka!
What’s in this caramel apple martini? Since Ultima Electrolytes came out with an apple martini flavor this year, I thought it would be fun to make a Caramel apple martini with it! It has a fun green color and it’s bursting with apple flavor plus its gluten free!
The flavor in the Ultima Replenisher reminds me of a jolly rancher candy! It’s perfect for this cocktail! I also added Gluten free vodka to make it a cocktail. If you want it to be a mocktail, just leave out the vodka! I used a maraschino cheery for a garnish in the middle….you could also use a candy eyeball or something more spooky! You will also need some gluten free caramel sauce. I found it in the ice cream cone area at my local Fry’s grocery store. How do I make it? It’s actually a super easy cocktail to make! Mix your Appletini Ultima packet in 6 oz of water. Stir until combined. It will be a really bright green color. If you are leaving it as a mocktail, use 8 oz of water. Pour it into a martini shaker. Add in 2 oz of vodka. I like Titos but you can use your favorite gluten free vodka. Drizzle caramel sauce on the inside of the martini glass. Add ice to the shaker and give it a good shake so it’s nice and cold. Pour into the martini glass. Add a maraschino cherry or candy eyeball for a garnish! Enjoy!

Irish Coffee is a delicious sweetened coffee drink with whiskey topped with unsweetened whipped cream. So Yummy!
I can still remember the first time I tried it! We were in Vegas for my sweet friend’s 40th Birthday! We stayed in downtown Las Vegas and there was an Irish Pub right by our hotel. Her birthday is the day before St. Patty’s Day and there was a big parade for St. Patty’s. We sat in the pub and had Irish Coffee listening to the bagpipes rehearse before the parade. It was so cool!
Have You Tried Irish Coffee? I think it’s a fantastic drink to warm you up on a cool day or to add another adult beverage to your brunch routine. It is super easy to make and tastes fantastic! You only need 4 ingredients to make this beverage! Irish Coffee contains coffee, sugar, whiskey and whipped cream. It’s not overly sweet but it is creamy and delicious! If you find it is too much whiskey feel free to cut back on the pour. Is Whiskey Gluten Free? Whiskey can be made from grains, however, the distillation process removes the gluten according to the Beyond Celiac Website. Most Whiskies are gluten-free after distillation as long as they don’t add anything back into them such as flavors. However, if you react to it please don’t drink it. To make Irish Coffee, I used an Irish Whiskey known as Jameson. You can find it in almost any store that sells alcohol. How Do I Make Irish Coffee? It is super easy to make Irish Coffee! You are only a few minutes away from enjoying this delicious drink! First thing is to brew some coffee. I have a Keurig, so I made 1 cup of coffee. Place the coffee in a small pot and put it on the stove on low. Add the sugar to the coffee. Whisk it in until it dissolves. This gives the coffee a delicious sweet flavor. Remove from heat. Whip your cream. I used coconut cream and put it in my blender for a few seconds until it was thick. You can buy a can of coconut cream or refrigerate a can of full-fat coconut milk in the fridge and then scoop out the solid part. You want to whip the solid part and it makes perfect whipped cream! If you want to use dairy cream whip it until it has soft peaks. If you like sweet coffee drinks, feel free to sweeten the whipped cream or coconut cream! Pour the shots of whiskey into the coffee and stir to combine. In a coffee cup or decorative coffee glass, pour in some of the coffee and whiskey mixture. Scoop a little cream onto the top. Let it melt into the coffee. Enjoy! PIN ME NOW MAKE ME LATER!

Dirty Shamrock Shakes are the adult version of Shamrock Shakes with a few bonus ingredients!
Do You Love Chocolate and Mint? I am a mint chip lover! That’s why I wanted to share my dirty shamrock shake recipe with you all! The new gluten free Oreo cookies came out at the perfect time and allows me to add them to the shake for extra deliciousness! I have also added some vodka and creme de menthe and Andes Mint Chocolates for added fun. When I was younger, I remember my family going to McDonald’s for milkshakes occasionally when we went to the city. I lived in a town about 2 hours from a major city. If it was near St. Patty’s Day, I would always get a Shamrock Shake. Obviously now that I can’t eat gluten or ice cream, I had to modify it a little. Do you have a favorite milkshake flavor? How Did The Shamrock Shake Begin? I didn’t know this answer so I had to look it up on good ole Google! HA! HA! It started before I was born and instantly became a hit. McDonald’s owner Hal Rosen created it to celebrate St. Patty’s Day back in 1967. The company debuted it in 1970 and it became a hit! It started out as Lemon Lime Flavored but eventually became Mint flavored. I am glad the flavor was changed. You can read all about it here.
What Makes These “Dirty” Shamrock Shakes?
The dirty part of these shakes is the added vodka and creme de menthe as well as the gluten-free Oreo cookies. It makes them adult only and the added chocolate from the Oreos is amazing! These are definitely a once-a-year treat! This recipe makes 2 drinking glass size Dirty Shamrock Shakes and is best made in batches. You could get 4 tiny shakes out of the batch depending on how much sweet treat you want.
What Do I Need To Make These:
You will need a blender and a few ingredients: 4 Cups of Vanilla Ice Cream- I used non dairy but you can use your favorite brand. 1/4 Cup of Milk- I used Coconut but you can use cow or your favorite nut milk. 2 oz Creme De Menthe 2 oz Vodka- I used Titos but you can use your favorite brand. 5 Andes Mints 6 Gluten Free Oreo Cookie or your favorite sandwich cookie. Whipped Cream- I used almond whipped cream. Maraschino Cherries- I used the real ones without dye but use your favorite ones. To make them fancy, you can melt chocolate ahead of time and dip the glasses in it and roll them in chopped up Andes mints. Put them on a baking sheet and place in the fridge to harden the chocolate. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth Pour into your glass and top with whipped cream and a cherry if you desire. I prefer a fat straw so it doesn’t get clogged while slurping this delicious shake! Pin Me Now Make Me Later!
