If you are looking for a delicious chicken recipe full of flavor and certain to scare away vampires this is it! Hehe! The garlic is sweet and delicious after it is roasted with this chicken.. no vampires were harmed in the making of this recipe! Gluten free 40 cloves of garlic chicken is a delicious way to ward off vampires that are hanging around! lol! The garlic actually turns deliciously caramelized when you cook it and it’s not going to drop your date dead with your breath! However, I recommend that you both eat it lol!
Halloween is next week and this recipe full of garlic is guaranteed to ward off Vampires! Haha! The garlic carmelizes and gets soft. It is perfect to smash into the chicken or mashed cauliflower that I paired it with. You could also smear it on some bread with butter and that would be delicious. Not sponsored but in Love :) Delicious and comforting you need to make this! I bought pre-peeled garlic cloves to save time and the smell on my hands. My freezer had a whole chicken in it so I cut it into pieces, but you could use chicken pieces to make it faster. I am not sponsored by Cutco but can I just tell you how awesome their kitchen sheers are! Seriously in love with them. They had no problem handling the bones in the chicken. I can’t wait to see how they do with other kitchen projects too! I also have Cutco’s steak knives and oh my goodness they are seriously amazing! They are the best steak knives I have ever purchased, and I have purchased a lot of knives. Best day ever is that they can go in the dishwasher and have a lifetime warranty. I served mashed cauliflower and braised Brussels sprouts with this chicken, however, my Bacon Braised Cabbage would also be delicious with it. I hope you love this 40 cloves of garlic chicken recipe! 40 Cloves of Garlic Chicken Caramelized and delicious garlic surround crispy chicken pieces. So Yummy! INGREDIENTS

This spooky spider dip is a perfect appetizer for a Halloween Party! It's a delicious gluten free option before trick or treating! Spooky Spider Bean Dip and other Halloween Treats:
Halloween has so many fun opportunities to get together with friends and family. We have hosted front porch get-togethers all of the years our kiddos were little. I made everything from deadman over worms (meatloaf in the shape of a body over spaghetti), chili and cornbread, Spooky Spider bean dip, Eyeball meatballs,Mummy Meatloaf, and other fun desserts to start the party off on the right foot. Fun cocktails and Vampire blood wine were also served. This is the first year in a lot of years that we are staying home and handing out candy. Our oldest daughter is in college and our youngest is 15 and not going trick or treating. We are going to have some fun food at home and enjoy the memories of another Halloween. The excitement of the neighborhood kiddos coming to ring the doorbell will have us all going to the door. Our friends will probably arrive with an empty cup for trick or drink lol. We are blessed to live in a neighborhood with lots of awesome people we call friends. Allergen Friendly Treats: There will be full-size gluten-free candy bars at our house for awesome costumes as well as allergen friendly treats and toys. A Teal pumpkin is on our porch so families know their kiddos can get a safe treat here! We may hide in our yard and scare some passerby trick or treaters…. hehehehe! That was said in my best witch cackle. Enjoy the excitement of Halloween and know that Thanksgiving is on the way right after! I read on Facebook tonight that Thanksgiving is in 27 days, Christmas is in 59 days and New Year’s Eve is in 65 days. AHHHHHHH! I am so excited for Christmas! Have a great Halloween and stay safe! I hope you enjoy this Spooky Spider Bean Dip! As Always, Best Wishes for Gluten Free Dishes! XO, Michelle Gluten free bacon-wrapped stuffed chicken breasts are delicious as a main course or if you cut them smaller as an appetizer! Bacon Bacon Bacon how I love thee bacon….. I honestly think that I would eat almost anything wrapped in bacon. Almost anything, because I can come up with a quick list of things I would probably never eat. This recipe for Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken Breasts is quick to make and delicious. If you want to make it as an appetizer, just cut the chicken into smaller pieces and then stuff and wrap. I would also secure the bacon with a toothpick to hold it together. Here’s How you make this recipe: You will need chicken, bacon, riccotta, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic, pesto, arugula and spinach. I like to mix the filling in a bowl then stuff the chicken. Once the chicken is ready to be stuffed, you have to cut the breast in half to put the stufffing in. Then wrap it in bacon and secure it with a toothpick to bake it. Bake it in a deep baking dish, in case some of the filling melts out. Scoop it back in when you go to serve it! Once the chicken is 165 degrees F you are ready to eat! It goes great with any protein you are serving and is delicious! People who don’t like cabbage will like this. It is Paleo, Ketogenic and tasty! It goes together super fast and is really easy to make. When my friend Christine comes over, she requests this as a side dish to whatever we are having! I love that she enjoys it! Here’s what you need to make this recipe! You will need one head of either red or green cabbage or a mixture of both. One package of bacon- you need 4 slices. One Yellow Onion. Garlic Seasoning Salt and Pepper That’s it! This recipe is super simple! This is how we do it.. sung to the tune of the Montell Jordan lol! Slice the bacon into bite-sized pieces. Cook them in a skillet over medium heat. You want them to get nice and crispy! Then add in the onion(chopped) and saute it for a few minutes. Add in the cabbage(chopped) and saute it until it starts to get soft. Sprinkle in the garlic powder and salt and pepper. It is ready when the cabbage isn’t too soft or too crunchy. Voila!
