Gluten-free tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts! It looks like you spent hours in the kitchen making it! In reality, it goes together in about 20 minutes! I love the coffee flavor and all the decadence the whipped cream has to offer. I use Schar gluten-free ladyfingers to make the delicious cake layers. Original Post was written 08/30/2013 and updated 1/24/22 WHAT IS TIRAMISU? Tiramisu is an Italian dessert made from whipped eggs and cream, layered with ladyfingers soaked in coffee and liquor topped with cocoa powder… I am seriously drooling right now thinking about it! Tiramisu in Italian means cheer me up or pull me up, which I can totally understand since I feel happy every time I eat it! WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE THIS RECIPE? First, you need to brew some espresso. I use Schar Gluten Free ladyfingers to soak with espresso and coffee liquor for the cake layer. In a bowl, put the espresso and coffee liquor. Allow it to cool a little so you don’t burn your fingers. Next, whip the heavy cream in a bowl. Set aside. Then whip the eggs in a new bowl. Combine them together by carefully folding them with a spatula so the whipped cream doesn’t flatten. Soak the ladyfingers in the coffee liquor mixture until they are infused but not soggy. Layer them on the bottom of your pan. Pour a layer of the cream mixture over the top of the cookie layer. Continue until you have 2 cookie layers and 2 cream layers. Dust the top with cocoa powder and shaved chocolate if you desire. Voila! The Gluten Free Tiramisu is ready to put in the fridge for a few hours before serving. Making homemade gluten-free vanilla extract is an easy project that can be completed in less than 10 minutes. All you need is a bottle of vodka (gluten-free of course), some whole vanilla beans, and a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Originally released August 28, 2013, and updated January 24, 2022. WHY MAKE HOMEMADE VANILLA EXTRACT? I make homemade vanilla extract so I know what ingredients are in my vanilla. Plus it is more economical and it’s super easy to make! I can choose a gluten free vodka that I know is safe and add vanilla beans and that’s it! So super easy! I think it has a beautiful warm flavor too! This morning I realized I was nearly out of vanilla extract (not the artificial stuff you can purchase but the real vanilla). I wanted to add a little flavoring to my coffee after a night of little sleep thanks to a random Siamese cat on my doorstep that sounded like he was dying at 2 a.m. My dog did not like the sound of a shrieking cat! So the old cat/dog play was on :) HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED: I have been making homemade vanilla extract for several years, thanks to my friend Mary who told me about it I ordered Tahitian Vanilla beans from Tahiti (online) They smell delicious as soon as you open the packaging! Not the fake perfume vanilla smell but warm pure vanilla! I keep them in a storage bag until I need to use them again… (ice cream, creme brûlée, etc…) It takes about a month for the vanilla to be ready to use so plan accordingly. If you want to make vanilla-infused vodka to drink you can just use the mix after about one-two weeks. 1 mason jar 1 bottle of vodka- Your choice on the brand……. I usually use Tito’s. 3 vanilla bean pods or more depending on the size of your jar. I used a pint jar. HOW DO I MAKE IT? First I assemble my materials Second step is to cut the pods lengthwise to expose the delicious vanilla bean on the inside. Third is to put the pods into the mason jar (or jar of your choice) Fourth step is the vodka- fill the jar to cover the pods Fifth step is the waiting game… Vanilla flavor or Vanilla vodka IF YOU LIKE THIS RECIPE YOU MIGHT ALSO LIKE THESE THAT USE VANILLA: Keto Cream Cheese Frosting Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Giant Skillet Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Here's the recipe: INGREDIENTS

As Always, Best Wishes for Gluten Free Dishes! XO, Michelle Fish tacos are the perfect answer to your craving for tacos when you don’t feel like beef or pork or chicken. We love to eat fish tacos that are lightly coated and fried, like these are or just grilled fish! There are so many delicious options for toppings and seasonings that you could eat them every week with a new variation and not get bored! This recipe has an authentic Mexican flavor while still being gluten-free–so no one has to miss out on this deliciously flavorful dish! Originally released August 27, 2013, and updated January 24, 2022. WHY SHOULD YOU TRY FISH TACOS? My number one reason you should try fish tacos is that they are delicious! IMO- of course. However, if you do not like fish then you might want to stick to beef or pork or chicken tacos. Reason number two you should try these fish tacos is because they are light and flakey from the Mahi Mahi and the fish is mild and allows the flavor from all of the spices to shine. The third reason you should try them if you have never had a fish taco is because you might like them! We have always had a one bite rule in our house. One of my friends calls it the no thank you bite.. but you never know you could want the whole taco…not just one bite! THE INGREDIENTS YOU NEED TO MAKE THESE GLUTEN FREE FISH TACOS ARE: Wild-caught Mahi Mahi Almond flour Coconut flour Smoked paprika Sweet paprika Chipotle seasoning Cumin Salt and pepper. You also need either a lettuce wrap or corn tortillas to put the fish in. Just make sure your corn tortillas are gluten free I served ours with a simple topping of shredded cabbage mixed with mayonnaise and chipotle seasoning for a little kick. HERE ARE SOME OTHER RECIPES YOU MIGHT LIKE: Jalapeno Corn Salsa-we put this on top of our tacos. Smoked tomatillo salsa –to put on top or even on the side with chips. YUM! As always, Best wishes for Gluten Free Dishes! XO, Michelle This layered gluten free watermelon salad is so crisp and delicious! It’s a perfect summer salad! I love to pair it with steak, chicken, or shrimp for a light meal! LAYERED GLUTEN FREE WATERMELON SALAD This layered watermelon salad is naturally gluten-free. It is crisp and delicious and pairs well with any protein you want to serve it with. It has just a hint of tartness from the balsamic vinegar and creamy goat cheese. You can serve it layered or cube the watermelon and add the other ingredients to the plate. I personally like the presentation of it layered! Each person gets a few layers with delicious ingredients in between! This watermelon salad reminds me of childhood BBQs. My recipes for smoked tri-tip or My Favorite Wings would pair perfectly with this salad! It never failed in the hot summer months that someone would always bring a watermelon to eat. I am starting to drool just thinking about it! Haha! WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED TO MAKE THIS WATERMELON SALAD? A seedless watermelon– choose the size based on how many people you are serving. Or how much watermelon you want leftover. Goat Cheese- I like to use plain unflavored goat cheese. Balsamic Vinegar or Balsamic Reduction- I look for a brand that is labeled gluten free. If you can’t find reduction at the store, you can reduce balsamic vinegar simply at home. Put the balsamic vinegar in a small pot on the stove and simmer over low – medium heat until reduced in half. Voila! Balsamic reduction! Arugula- This adds a peppery kick to the salad. Salt and Pepper Super easy to make and only a few ingredients! My favorite kind of dish! Here's how to make this super easy salad:
